This is a simple art.
It's my beautiful island, Sardinia (Italy), with the face of Antonio Gramsci in the center.
Gramsci was born in Sardinia and is one of the founder of the Italian Communist Party (PCI), in the 1921.
This is a tribute to him. Long live Revolution!

good job man.
i am from albania and we just estabilished Antonio Gramsci Institute in Albania. I just wanna ask you if we need this image as a logo, can we use it? I mean only the face of gramsci with this design effect. to crop it from the map?
Best wishes and revolutionary greetings.

use it and share it as you want, i'd be honored! If you need graphics please send me a private message, I think I can help you. Now I'm a little better using photoshop and inkscape.
Long live Antonio Gramsci, father and leader of the Italian Communist Party.

Communist Greetings

Thanks for the comment, droog.
I think Sardinia is known outside of Italy only for expensive tourism (Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda), and nothing more.

Interesting piece. You seem to rarely hear about Sardinia outside of Italy - it's either Corsica (thanks to Napoleon) or Sicily (thanks to the mafia)
